• Tech Lead on an AI meeting-assistant product at scale: 300K+ registered users, 30K monthly active, around 2,000 meetings transcribed per day.
• Led extraction of a problematic calendar-sync service from a large monolith into a standalone Kubernetes microservice, owning the core work and delegating secondary tasks across the team.
• Drove a roughly 10x performance gain through a deep business-logic refactor and improved fault isolation. The client complaint stream stopped, with no bug reports for several sprints.
• Built the meeting bots that join calls: browser automation (Puppeteer/Playwright, anti-bot hardening) and the native Zoom Linux SDK, with ffmpeg media pipelines for recordings.
• Built production Python services for the LLM features (integrations, service logic, Redis-backed state) running under real user load.
• Cut Docker build time and bot-container image size by about 7x with multi-stage builds and layer caching, speeding up CI pipelines.
• Embedded AI into the daily engineering workflow: AI pre-review on pull requests, refactoring assistants, and an internal knowledge-base and log-analysis bot.
• Run a CI/CD delivery rhythm where two to three small fixes reach production every day and larger releases ship once per sprint.

Mental-health marketplace. React Native, React, GraphQL, Node.js / NestJS, Firebase, MongoDB.

• Launched the mobile app from scratch to a 4.9-star rating and 20K+ monthly active users, owning the full lifecycle through App Store and Google Play releases.
• Integrated AI/LLM features into the product, extending functionality and lifting user retention.
• Led the company-wide migration to GraphQL, including real-time subscriptions, for better efficiency and scalability.
• Designed the architecture for secure client-to-therapist messaging.
• Built a scalable omnichannel real-time notification system that increased engagement.
• Eliminated an N+1 query problem in the therapist-search GraphQL resolvers with DataLoader-style batching and caching, cutting database load on the hottest screen of the app.
• Built the therapy-session booking calendar service and integrated several payment providers and marketing services.
• Built a shared design system and UI-kit that sped up delivery and unified the brand.
• Ran code reviews, introduced A/B testing for data-driven decisions, and interviewed and hired 2 engineers.

• Launched a multi-chain crypto wallet from scratch: EVM networks (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Fantom) plus Bitcoin, Tron and Terra in a single app.
• Shipped a built-in dApp browser with WalletConnect, NFT support, biometric access and Apple Pay.
• Designed the customer journeys for buying crypto with a bank card and for staking.
• Built the interactive trading-platform UI with real-time WebSocket market data, order flow and charts.
• Improved authentication flows and raised login conversion by 27% (secure auth, biometrics, Apple Pay).
• Developed the crowdfunding platform for the exchange's IEO launchpad and an airdrop platform for co-marketing user acquisition.
• Worked with product, UX and engineering teams to turn requirements into goals and tasks, and tracked progress, deadlines and the roadmap.
